Welcome to our website. In using the Empower-Me website, including all web pages, services, information, text and images, or your use or purchase of any Empower-Me product or services you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Empower-Me's terms and conditions. "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to "Empower-Me". "Party", "Parties" or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Empower-Me's stated services/products, in accordance with and governed by, the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Payment
We require full payment at the time we receive your consultation reservation. Consultations will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.
The price you pay is the price displayed in the website-shopping basket at the time we receive your order.
Payment can be made through PayPal.
All card details are entered on a Secure Server provided by a Certified E-Commerce provider. Card and personal information is then encrypted. No unencrypted information is kept on the Secure Server or Missing Link Media Limited computers. All card details are destroyed once an order is processed.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) and PayPal charges at the applicable current rates.
Cancelled consultations may be subject to a cancellation fee. A minimum of 24 hours in advance of the consultation time is required to avoid cancellation fees of over 25%. Consultations cancelled after processing will incur a transaction charge to cover the charges levied on us by PayPal.
Cancellations received between 24-12 hours will incur a 25% fee, and within 12-4 hours a 50% fee. If the consultation is cancelled less than 4 working hours before the appointed time, 100% of fee is incurred.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. Data is not provided or shared with any other third party other than the specified email or delivery address, all information is held within Missing Link Media Limited for internal use only.
Discounts and Offers
Empower-Me may offer occasional discounts or other incentives against its products. Only one discount or offer may be used against each client program. Discounts or offers based on individual recommendation are limited to one named individual per client program.
Contract
Empower-Me shall be under no liability beyond the cost of the consultation fee for any delay or failure to deliver services or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions supersede all prior representations.

By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge our website(s), services, information and programs may contain inaccuracies or errors and you accept that Empower-Me excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Use of this website is conditional upon your agreement to indemnify Em-Power and not to hold the company liable in any way for the results of any action you may take based on the material contained on this site.

If you suggest any ideas, suggestions, comments or testimonials to us, we have the right to use your submission without charge in any manner that we deem appropriate, including posting on the Internet. Product or Program testimonials from a Client and presented by Empower-Me reflect the actual experience of each individual giving the testimonial, are anecdotal only, and may be atypical.
