All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Empower-Me's stated services/products, in accordance with and governed by, the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Without limiting the foregoing this Website is available only to individuals and entities who can form legally binding contracts under the laws of England and Wales. We may refuse to deal with anyone at anytime, at our sole discretion.

Client Guarantee and Refunds Policy
Empower-Me is confident that our Clients will find our products satisfactory. If for any reason you are unhappy with the Empower-Me services or products received, you may request by way of email a refund for the remainder of the said services or products within 7 days of attending the initial session.
Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the services and products featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom, or in relation to postings from the United Kingdom. All advertising is intended solely for the United Kingdom market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programmes, text, services and products available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of Empower-Me.

Orders
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. You will be viewing this on a secure server screen. When you place your order you will be sent an email confirming the sessions or products booked.
Please print out these terms and conditions and the order confirmation for your own records. You will need your Client ID and the Order Reference Number on the confirmation email for any correspondence with us regarding your order.
